CPR and First Aid training program at Jayraj Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd.
(26th August 2024)
On 26th August 2024 a comprehensive CPR and First Aid training program was conducted by IRCS Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar District Branch in coordination with MGM Medical College and Hospital at Jayraj Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd. The program focused on equipping employees with crucial life-saving skills.
The session was introduced by Chairman Mr. Kishor Gathadi, with training led by Dr. Sadhna Kulkarni. The event was supported by Dr. Yashoda Gunjale and Rajendra Rathod, emphasizing the importance of safety and emergency preparedness in the workplace.
First Aid training session at Modern College

On 10th February 2024 Indian Red Cross Society Ch. Sambhaji Nagar District Branch conducted an introductory First Aid training session at Modern College of Computer, Science and Information Technology. Total 35 students were participated

On 25th November 2023 Mr Prajwal Mithawala – Hon. Secretary, IRCS, Ch. Sambhaji Nagar District Branch was felicitated in second Padma Festival, organised at Vandemataram Sabhagruha during session 5 by Dr Jitender Singh Shunty (Padma Shri Awardee and NHRC committee member) for the work done by Ch. Sambhaji Nagar Red Cross during COVID pandemic.
Blood donation camp at LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd
(3rd July 2023)
On 3rd July 2023 a blood donation camp was organised by IRCS Ch. Sambhaji Nagar Branch in association with Shree Satya Sai Blood Centre at LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Prajwal Mithawala Hon.Secretary gave an appreciation letter to Mr. Vivek Kumar of LG Electronic Pvt. Ltd for conducting blood donation camp. Dr. Mahendra Singh Chauhan of Shree Satya Sai Blood Centrewas also present. Total 23 units were collected.
CPR workshop was organised in collaboration with IMA (Indian Medical Association)

On 25th June 2023 CPR workshop was organised by IRCS Ch. Sambhaji Nagar District Branch in collaboration with IMA (Indian Medical Association) Ch. Sambhaji Nagarat Dhamori village, Tal-Gangapur. The training was imparted by Dr. Sadhana Kulkarni & Mr. Rajendra Rathod – Para medical staff. Total 450 people benefitted.
World Environment Day celebrated on 5th June 2023

On 5th June,2023 on the occasion of World Environment Day, the Nisarga Mitra Mandal, in collaboration with the Social Forestry Department, the Indian Red Cross Society, and the Aarambh Society for Autism and Special Children, successfully organized a tree plantation drive one day earlier on Sunday, June 4 , 2023 at Hanmant Nagar, Waluj, Maharashtra. Various fruit-bearing and ornamental trees were planted, totalling 35 saplings
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 30 nature lovers, including energetic and spirited children from the Aarambh Society for Autism and Special Children whereby promoting well-being and inclusion of individuals with autism and special needs.
World Red Cross Day celebrated on 8th May, 2023

On 8th May 2023 IRCS Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar District Branch celebrated World Red Cross Day at the Remand Home wherein Chief Guest Shri Maansingh Pawar well known industrialist and president of the Remand Home was present along with office bearers of the Red Cross Branch. Highlighted the need for development of the deprived students.

A joint program on World Red Cross Day and Thalassemia Day was organised at the Thalassemia society wherein Hon’ble Dr. Bhagwat Karad –Minister of State for Finance of India was the Chief Guest and he informed on the importance of promoting awareness of thalassemia. Office bearers & managing committee members were present on the dais.
Blood donation camp for thalassemia patients
(16th April 2023)
On 16th April 2023 blood donation camp for thalassemia patients was organised by IRCS Ch. Sambhaji Nagar District Branch in association with Dwarkadhish Mandir, Saat Mandir Trust and Gujarati Samaj Vikas Mandal on the occasion of Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya Jayanti. Total 42 units blood collected. The camp was organised under the guidance of Mr. Prajwal Mithawala – Hon. Secretary, IRCS, Ch. Sambhaji Nagar District Branch.This event was covered by local newspaper – Dainik Pudhari.
First Aid & CPR workshop for Sanitary Inspector & Firemen Certificate course students

On 28th March 2023 First Aid & CPR workshop conducted by IRCS Aurangabad District Branch in association with All India Institute of Local Self-Government for Sanitary Inspector course students & Firemen Certificate course students. Total 35 participants were trained free of cost.

On 22nd February 2023 IRCS Aurangabad District Branch conducted First Aid & CPR training at BalKrishna Industries Ltd, Aurangabad. Total 100 participants were trained. Also promoted blood / eye & organ donation awareness sessions.

On 15th January 2023 First Aid & CPR training was conducted by Indian Red Cross Society Aurangabad District Branch at MATS & More Co, Waluj MIDC. Total 20 participants were trained.
One day picnic & bird watching program of special children of Aarambh Autism centre

On 15th December 2022 a one day picnic and bird watching program of special children of Aarambh Autism centre at Sukhna reservoir near Aurangabad was organised by Indian Red Cross society Aurangabad Branch in collaboration with Nisarg Mitra Mandal. The children enjoyed the nature, migratory birds and games.
Medical check-up camp for the inmates of Blind school

On 2nd December 2022 IRCS Aurangabad District Branch organised medical check-up camp. Various blood tests and diabetes check-up for the inmates of Blind school at Aurangabad in collaboration with local district Lions Club.
