Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Indian Red Cross Society, Maharashtra State Branch will be held on Tuesday, 20th September 2022 at 4:30 pm at the Raj Bhavan, Walkeshwar Road, Malabar Hill, Mumbai 400035 to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. President Hon'ble Governor Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari ji to welcome attendees.
2. Chairman,  Shri Homi Kushrokhan to request members to approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting  held on 22nd January 2020.
3. Address by the chairman, Shri Homi Kushrokhan 
4. To adopt Annual Reports and Audited income & Expenditure Accounts for the years ended 31st March 2020 and 2021.
5. Appointment of Auditors
6. Presentation of Awards
